30 Days of Thankful – Day 18

I didn’t go to meetings or buy special dietary food. Instead, I used Weight Watchers as a guide. I calculated my points and made dietary choices based on what I could and couldn’t fit into my daily allowance. I lost 35 pounds in 4 months. I love it, I feel better about myself and my body. I am really, really thankful to have found a system that works for me.
